Your Energy, Your Way is an interactive workshop exploring Human Design, body awareness and practical self-care.

Together, we'll explore the foundations of your unique Human Design, get curious about the patterns and habits that shape your experience, and experiment with simple practices inspired by yoga and kinesiology to support grounding, awareness and everyday wellbeing.

Expect a blend of learning, reflection, and practical tools you can take home and make your own.

No previous Human Design experience is needed. Just bring yourself, an open mind and a little curiosity.
