Kinesiology

Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic approach to understanding the body’s innate wisdom. It uses muscle testing as a window into your nervous system—revealing where stress, tension, and unresolved patterns are held.

 

By applying a small, mindful pressure to specific muscles (often in the arm), we can observe how your body responds. These responses aren’t conscious—they’re messages from your central nervous system, showing exactly where stress is lingering, whether physical, emotional, or mental.

Through this biofeedback, we can identify what your body truly needs to release that tension and restore balance. Kinesiology doesn’t just mask symptoms—it guides the body back to its natural capacity to heal, recalibrate, and flow.

This technique can help address stress wherever it appears:

  • Physical pain, chronic conditions, or injuries

  • Emotional regulation, unresolved anger, or deep-seated resentments

Human Design

Human Design is a self-discovery system that blends ancient wisdom with modern science to help you understand how you’re uniquely wired to move through the world. Think of it as a blueprint for your energy—how you’re designed to make decisions, interact with others, and live in alignment with your true self.

It draws from multiple traditions—astrology, the I Ching, the chakra system, and the Kabbalah—layered with modern genetics and quantum physics. The result is a detailed chart (called a “BodyGraph”) that reveals your energetic type, strengths, patterns, and potential challenges.

Where traditional personality tools focus on traits you might identify with, Human Design cuts deeper—it shows how your body and energy naturally function, so you can stop pushing against resistance and start flowing with your innate design.
